Yes: The PDE-5 inhibitors that you mention can be used with oral hypoglycemic medications like metformIn. Erectile dysfunction is very common in diabetics. Sometimes the PDE-5's either will not work or become less efficacious. Should this be the case there are a number of other (and less expensive) options to achieve erections.
