Over-dosing can indeed cause liver damage, but prolonged use at normal doses is safe in otherwise healthy adults.

Non tylenol (acetaminophen) pain med: There are medications like Opana, tramadol, nucynta, MS contin,Dilaudid that are just the opioids and then you can take the ibuprofen separately . Percodan has aspirin instead of tylenol (acetaminophen). .
