Less food: To lose weight you need to reduce the amount of food you eat. There is no specific food that will help you lose weight. Eat a diet of fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains nuts; low in saturated fats; no tobacco, no more than one drink a day. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Most importantly, reduce you intake of food.
