On December 12th: Pregnancy weeks are officially counted beginning 2 weeks before conception. Therefore a person 2 weeks pregnant is conceiving right now, and a person 4 weeks pregnant conceived 2 weeks ago. Nobody knows she is pregnant at the time she is 2 weeks pregnant, because she is just then conceiving. All natural pregnancy dates are ESTIMATES. With a married couple, conception dates generally don't matter.
