If i had aids or late hiv right now without treatment would i look healthy. b/c everyone's says yes but isn't the immune system already destroy?

Immune system: I've seen this question before so I'll take a different approach. The immune system's defense is complex with multiple components just like branches of the military. HIV attacks one branch but not all which results in difficulty defending against certain types of infections that normally can't get started. How healthy you look is not an indicator of immune weakness when you are not infected.
