Lumps and bumps: Lumps are upsetting to patients and doctors alike, and are not easily identified right away. You need a good history and physical and probably some preliminary blood tests. Start with your primary doctor.

Advise to get it : Chech out , without knowing anything about you, but Sjogren patients tend to have several fold higher risk to develop malignancy more specifically lymphoma. Discuss with PCP or rheumatologist for next step.
