Maybe ETD: Typical for chronic allergic or non-allergic rhinitis complicated by sinus infection. Even after treatment of the infection, inflammation can block drainage from the middle ear causing fullness. Its called eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD). Unlikely still an infection if it has not progressed, although one should always be wary of incompletely treated sinus infections. Rhinitis is treatable
