A healed infection: Linear scarring is often left over from a previous, healed infection, such as pneumonia. It may be helpful to compare your current Xray with a previous one, in order to verify that the linear opacities have not changed over time.

Xray: It is probably due to a previous infection and should not cause you any problem. However I would expect that the doctor who ordered the X-ray would explain the report to you
