Some things: to consider:) A female has three openings in the perineum (bottom) for important bodily functions--the urethra for urine, the vagina for reproductive function and the anus for bowel defecation. The most likely source of discharge would be the vagina...brownish material indicating old blood from menses. More rare would be rectal staining indicating malfunction of anal sphincter.Needs eval from Doc
