Fixed: The biggest difference is that a bonded bridge is fixed and cannot be taken out. A RPD will need to be removed to clean it and what can be removed from your mouth will be able to move within your mouth. The bonded bridge may be more expensive than the RPD but most of my patient would rather have something that is not removable.

No comparison: A bonded bridge is smaller and feels more like your own teeth than a RPD. Food and bacteria getting trapped under the base and clasps can cause periodontal issues and caries. Even better are implants.. but you already know that.
