Bite: Generally we try to simulate the patient's natural dentition when fabricating crowns or bridge work. However, the final shape and contour also depends on the type of your bite

Like original teeth: The 4-unit bridge #11-14 includes two crowns on anchor teeth(#11 + 14) and two fake teeth or pontics(12 +13). This prosthesis will replace missing teeth, stabilze the arch, and provide a good bite. It should be similar to natural teeth. The upper teeth will be outside the lower teeth and support the cheek. If too big could push on cheek or make it hard to talk.

Natural Size: The dental bridge should be designed to match the color, shape, and size of your natural teeth.

Speak with dentist: Why don't you speak to your dentist about doing single crown and implants which would be easier to clean. The bridge matches the opposite side in shape and form and a bite registration is taken to insure the correct bite.
