Posterior head pain: Could be reflux as alcohol can percipitate reflux. Avoid alcohol try prilosec /ranitidine. elevate head of bed when sleeping. f/u w/ doc as may need meds if going off alcohol and have been drinking heavily. Could also be cervicalgia ( if occiput) or PND ( if throat) from sinusitis . Check for hepatitis due to alcohol and make sure no c spine or head injuries from falls f/u w/ doc
