Barrett's ablation: There are several different modalities available for ablation of Barrett's esophagus. They are not experimental and have been approved for use, but they are always still being studied to determine what is the best modality for Barrett's ablation in specific situations. You should follow the advice of your gastroenterologist as to whether or not to seek ablation of your Barrett's. Good luck.
