Yes and yes: If you just had a baby a month ago and you have been breastfeeding and you have not had your period you are probably not ovulating until your baby is around 6 months however you can use plan b while breastfeeding and women cannot rely on not getting pregnant during this period of time without taking the normal smart precautions.
