Generally no: But mind you, it is a combination medicine with multiple ingredients, paracetamol and diphenhydramine are relatively safe, category B with pregnancy, pseudoephedrine though is category C , so should be used with more caution. Good that you asked, always caution with multiple medications whether pregnant, breastfeeding or not
