Yes: You can't have veins w/o arteries or vice versa. Arteries typically carry blood from heart to other parts of body while veins carry blood from distant parts of body back to heart. Nerves typically run w/both as part of neurovascular bundle. Density of nerves does vary w/less on back & more on fingertips & penile head.
