Yes: First, any fertile woman who has sex with a fertile man can get pregnant. If sex has happened, and there is no regular menstrual period after 3-4 weeks, one should do a home urine pregnancy test. Tests are accurate, inexpensive, and sold everywhere. As to whether one can feel movements inside that come from one's own intestines, the answer is YES... meaning it does happen, regardless of pregnancy.
