Depends: Interactions with bowel cleanser are often unknown as they are not usually part of conventional medication. You may need to ask a pharmacist. To put things out of doubt for you the best option would be to see your doctor to arrange a blood or urine pregnancy test/followup as the best option. Then if you are pregnant they can advise re risks of the cleanser. All the best.

Take a pregnancy: test to know. If pregnant stop bowel cleanser. If it is too early to take a home pregnancy test - then stop the bowel cleanser. These cleansers can sometimes remove toxins rapidly and make you feel quite ill.
