Stiff pain in kidney area that's been constant for the past 3 days. what could it be?

Needs to be checked: Pain in kidney area can be due to kidney stones, kidney infection or muscular pain in that area and kidney tumor we need more information a to if you have any blood in the urine, frequency/urgency of urination, fever etc i will recommend you have it checked as it is already 3 days.
