A temp of 39 degrees: (presumably Celsius) is about 102.2 Farenheit, which is "getting up there" for adults. What caused a "long period" of having this temp? What did your MD say (a visit is in order here...)? Delusions can follow from prolonged high fevers, but the acting weird and childish needs further investigation. I'd visit a psychiatrist for this one. Are you still "talking nonsense?"
