Eval: Causes of upper abdominal pain can include but are not limited to: gallstones, hepatitis, pancreatitis, peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, inflammation of the bile duct or gallbladder, obstructed intestines, & problems of the chest such as angina, heart attack, pericarditis, pneumonia and pleurisy. The best way to find out the cause of pain is medical eval. Be seen asap if severe!
