Mgt: If you have nasal congestion, then a nasal rinse can help. An OTC medication may be taken prior to bedtime. Please discuss taking inhaled Albuterol and possibly an inhaled steroid with your PCP. In the meantime, please rest and stay well hydrated.

Pls c ur doctor: Decongestants OTC might not be suitable for you as you are hypertensive, asthma flare can be from any cause, but this time of the year it is most probably due to viral infection. Kindly see your doctor for evaluation, you may need a short steroid burst if your chest is tight and nebulized/inhaled albuterol, in addition long term controller therapy for your asthma needs to be addressed, good luck
