Yes: The progesterone in this IUD is androgenic. It may also cause loss of scalp hair and it may cause acne.

Yes it can: Yes the Mirena (levonorgestrel) can. It contains levonorgestrol a kind of progestin and it can make Seborrhaeic dermatitis worse. Talk to your doctor about it
