I know someone working as an ma who is a heavy drug abuser. i want to make their employer aware of this but i'm not sure how. should i stay out of it?

Hard to say.: I don't know the particular circumstances involved, but I would think that if this medical assistant is potentially putting patients' health and well-being at risk because of this abuse, then the employer should be aware. But again, I don't know the specifics.
