No you will not: Once you have HIV, you don't "catch" AIDS. You develop AIDS as the immune system damage becomes worse. Starting treatment for HIV will not cause AIDS to develop. Just the opposite: it would help prevent progressing to AIDS. If you think you might have HIV, stop guessing and get tested. Your local NHS genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic would be an excellent source of expert care for this.
