Yes: Depending on the size of the hemorrhage these can take 1-6 weeks to resolve. Be sure that you have had an actual examination if you injured your eye or if you have any change in vision or pain.

Yes: Large sub conjunctival hemorrhage a may take longer to resolve than smaller ones. Blood thinners may also prolong recovery as well. As long as it is resolving and your eye is otherwise structurally intact, you should be ok.
