Denture cleaner: Rinse thoroughly when you remove it. Brush gently w soft toothbrush (no toothpaste) 2x/day. Place into denture cleaner (Polident, Efferdent, etc.) 1x/day...follow package instructions to the letter.

Vinegar and H2O2: vinegar and hydrogen peroxide mixture once per week. Soak the night guard in distilled white vinegar with H2O2 for 30-60 minutes.
