Will an upper vs. lower nightguard for bruxism usually result in a better bite the next morning after being removed (my experience)?

Bruxism appliance: There is no one universal "best" bruxism appliance. Different dentists have different opinions regarding type and design. Personally, i may fabricate an upper or a lower appliance based upon the patient's individual bite and circumstances.

Either will work wel: Either one will work. It comes down to personal preference. I have made mostly upper guards and have had only a few patients ask for a lower one. Your bite will initially feel a little different when you stop wearing it, then it will feel normal in several minutes.
