Seasonal afective DO: Is a possibility, it would be, if u had other symptoms, like a low, poor mood , poor motivation, loss of interests, lack of enjoyment, change of appetite, etc. All consistent wuth a depression. In general it lasts longer than 5-8 days but it happens with the change of season . Dysthimia in winter and some patients experience increase of mood and energy in the spring or summer time.
