How long do the side effects from dpt shot last, i had one 11 days ago and feel tired and aching all over?

See below: What you are experiencing is most likely not related to the DPT shot. The side effects of the shot would not have lasted more than a couple of days. If the symptoms persist, it would be prudent to consult your doctor. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
