Probably fine. : Different BP in left & right arms is normal. Left is usually a bit higher that right (left arm arteries sorta closer to heart than right). A BIG pressure diff can signal a problem, but yours isn't alarming to me. You might try to ensure you're well-hydrated, and recheck in 2-4 weeks, especially if no other symptoms. Good luck!
