Likely normal: No person is perfectly symmetric. Also, since your stomach sits a bit more to the left side than the right, when it is full, like after you eat and/or drink, the stomach enlarges to hold the food and pushes those left ribs forward a bit. I would point it out to our pediatrician at her next well child check, but nothing I'd worry about in the meantime.
