Serious problems ari: Adrenal insufficiency is a serious condition. Any stressful events can precipitate a crisis causing nausea, vomiting, electrolyte imbalance, low blood pressure, shock and even death unless it is recognized in a timely manner and treated with IV fluids and steroids.
