Folliculitis?: Your description suggests bacterial infection of hair follicles. Usually will develop small pustules(pimples). Bactroban (mupirocin) antibiotic cream may help but if not responding will need culture for MRSA and oral antibiotics. Suggest you see your physician for proper diagnosis and Rx.
