Maybe not: Those areas are not necessarily innervated by the surface skin nerves cut during the C/section. Those are deeper nerves that may have been impacted by the pressure of the pregnant uterus. Consult with your OB surgeon to ensure that there were no complications from the surgery involving those deeper nerves.

Unlikely: More to the point is your spinal / saddle block anesthesia causing cauda equina symdrome. Consult a neurologist. Steroid epidural may help
