Depends: It depends on the characteristics of the pain, what triggers and it what relieves it, as well as whether weakness is present. Pain may be due to muscles, joints and degenerative disease of the spine. Although not typical for heart disease, some people may experience right arm pain on exertion as a manifestation of coronary disease. A proper physical examination could help tell the difference.
