Depo and amenorrhea: Depo can cause irregularity in periods post use and not having regular periods makes it difficult to get pregnant. Consider an ultrasound to check for polycystic ovaries, check thyroid and prolactin levels. F/u w/ fertility specialist to check for ovulation and promote pregnancy .
