Probably not cancer: Bowel cancer, VERY unusual in an otherwise healthy 25 year-old, would more likely start as anemia, fatigue, perhaps bloody bowel movements, bowel obstructions... It would be highly unusual to begin as a mass that can be felt. If this bulge occurs when doing sit-ups or when straining to lift something or have a BM and disappears at rest, it could be a hernia but a doc can determine that in-person

Likely Hernia: Unlikely cancer. Go get this checked out. You most likely have a hernia and not cancer. See your doctor for a checkup soon.
