Worry does not: help w/fear of cancer. No, as an early teen or at any time, do not worry. Get regular check ups w/doc for your general health. So glad to hear your family is healthy. Eat well, think well, move well. All of this helps. Peace and good health.

Definitely not: Worry about anything always makes it worse. Pay attention to as good a diet as you can possibly afford, get adequate rest, exercise and enjoy life

Lifestyle: There are no guarantees in life but experts estimate that 4 in 10 cancers cases could be prevented by lifestyle: eg; not smoking, keeping a healthy bodyweight, cutting back on alcohol, eating a healthy balanced diet, keeping active, avoiding infections like HPV, enjoying the sun safely, avoiding cancer risks in the workplace. Following this advice stacks the odds in your favor. Enjoy life!
