Yes. At 9 weeks in: Pregnancy, fatigue is a very common symptom. Especially in the first trimester when levels of beta HCG are rising. To be certain you don't have some other issue like anemia, discuss these symptoms at your next prenatal visit. Rest when you need to. Your body is very busy helping a baby develop. That's a full time job!
