Any symptoms like Fever and fatigue raises a question of COVID-19 infection. Do you have any sore throat or cough?. Unless your fever goes away in the next 1-2 days, you should go get a COVID test done. In the meantime isolate yourself at home in one room and wear a mask before you come in contact with anyone.
