Not normal, but...: Not normal, but not all that uncommon, in my experience. Bleeding around the time of ovulation often means that the ovary that produces that month's egg is bleeding. This can happen after ovulation (when the egg is released into the Fallopian tube). It can indicate a problem, so you should probably check with your gynecologist to make sure all is ok.
