Not known to do so.: Pepcid (famotidine) or any PPI is not known to affect menstrual cycles or interact with other medications that do. I am also not aware of them being associated with increase risk of UTIs. I would look into other medications that you may be taking and definitely follow up with your OB/GYN for further evaluation.
