See an IR: An Interventional Radiologist with experience in this area may be able to unblock the tubes using a technique called hysterosalpingography and fallopian tube recanalization. This is done as an outpatient under local anesthesia.

May need IVF: Unfortunately, Fallopian tube surgery is frequently ineffective at resolving fertility issues. Its not uncommon to continue to have difficulty after surgery. Other fertility techniques such as In-Vitro Fertilization and sometimes required to achieve a pregnancy. Best wishes!
