Are they helping?: It does appear that you are on a number of medications being used to treat your anxiety disorder, which you say is for GAD. Being on several medications is not necessarily unusual. The concern with being on several medications is the potential for interactions and problematic side effects. If the side effects outweigh the benefits, do inform your doctor. More optimal treatments may be available.
