Here are some...: The very end part of urethra is called fossa navicularis, which is not round with uneven diameter (but in oval ellipsoid shape) like an adjustable nozzle of garden hose, from which the configurating and shaping of water flow widely vary depending on the water pressure. So, at the beginning, urine flow is straight; toward the ending, it slowly becomes spraying or splaying. More? Ask urologist...
