Can aging affect urination? for the last couple years my urine seems to spray everywhere. i am a 43 year old female. what else could be going on?

Yes: The spray pattern is affected by the tissues at the opening of the downspout ( the urethral orifice) and the pressure. Anything that affects these can alter the spray. There may be some redundant or lax tissue or even a growth which is impinging the area. If you have any concerns see your doc for a look.
