Probably not: Unless you see any red bumps or sweeping on your leg, cysts generally don't appear inside your leg to cause pain. There may be some other minor causes of pain such as ligament injury or muscle inflammation. You should take Ibuprofen and apply heat to the area and see a doctor if it doesn't go awY in a week. Feel good
