Written clearance: You not disclose what her illness is. Speak with your MD and get a written clearance to give to the dentist prior to treatment.

Probably not: Not knowing the nature of your daughter's systemic illness, or her required Dental procedure, it' so possible to give you advice other than to say ask your Daughter's Dentist and Physician to communicate directly with each other. They both want what you do for your daughter, optimum health, so ask them to simply call each other.
