While lifting up arms to stretch , felt sharp ache in much upper part of left breast . i deal with acid reflux & getting over sinus infection . idea?

Sounds like a: muscular strain problem, as it is related to movement and positioning. The area you mentioned certainly seems part of your pectoralis major muscle, so it could be a strain. If the pain occurs when you are not stretching or moving in that manner, then it may be the breast itself that is inflamed. Or if your chest hurts when you climb stairs/exerts in any way, then it may be your heart.
